EU Says Orban ‘Not Honoring His Word’ on Ukraine Loan Deal

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen accused Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban of “not honoring his word” after EU leaders failed to break the deadlock over a €90 billion ($103 billion) loan to Ukraine. Orban, backed by Slovakia, is refusing to unlock the aid until Hungary regains access to Russian oil.
