DHS Funding Up in the Air as Democrats Condemn ICE Shooting

Democratic Representative Debbie Dingell said there needs to be a transparent investigation of shooting of Minneapolis woman by an ICE agent because there are valid questions raised by the videos of the incident. The Michigan congresswoman said that she is taking homeland security as a different issue than the rest of the appropriations funding making its way through the house, as protests continue in Minnesota and across the country.
