Iran Faces UN Nuclear Sanctions Triggered by European Powers

European powers are expected to refer Iran back to the United Nations to face the re-imposition of tougher sanctions after the Islamic Republic failed to comply with demands to negotiate with the US and allow international atomic inspectors to resume their work.
