Exxon, ConocoPhillips Seek Safeguards to Return to Venezuela

Exxon Mobil Corp. and ConocoPhillips are pushing for durable contract terms and a way to resolve billions of dollars owed to them as they consider re-entering Venezuela after exiting the country two decades ago.
