Bolivia to Overhaul Cabinet as Highway Blockades Strangle La Paz

Bolivian President Rodrigo Paz said he’ll reshuffle his cabinet to bring it “closer” to the population, as food, fuel and medicine run low in major cities amid a blockade by protesters.
