South Africa No. 2 Party Stays in Coalition, to Boycott Dialogue

South Africa’s fractious coalition survived after the second-largest party opted to stay in the government following its ultimatum to President Cyril Ramaphosa for firing one of its members as a deputy minister this week, while announcing it won’t take part in a national dialogue.
