Richest Colombians Face Hefty Tax Increases on Wealth and Income

Colombia’s richest citizens face a more than threefold increase in the top rate of wealth tax on their assets, as well as higher levies on salaries and luxury goods, according to a tax bill sent to congress on Monday.
