Cuomo Won’t Quit NYC Mayor’s Race Before Ballot Deadline

Andrew Cuomo has no plans to drop out of the New York City mayor’s race by a Friday deadline, according to a person familiar with the matter, meaning that his name will appear on the ballot in November as an independent.
