Chapo: Mozambique Debt Talks to Be After New IMF Program

Mozambique President Daniel Chapo says the southeastern African nation will only start talks with creditors to renegotiate its debt after reaching an agreement on a new program with the International Monetary Fund. “We want to establish trust first,” Chapo told Bloomberg’s Carla Canivete on Wednesday.
