UK Parliament Restoration Seen Costing £39 Billion Over 60 Years

Plans to carry out a much-needed restoration of the UK Houses of Parliament could cost as much as £39 billion ($53 billion) and take more than six decades, according to a panel set up to examine options for the complex project.
