Rep. Casten Says DHS Stopgap Likely to Reach Floor, Lacks Senate Path

Rep. Sean Casten, Democrat of Illinois, says the Rules Committee will “probably” send a stopgap bill to fund most of DHS through May to the floor tonight, but he is unsure it can pass the House.
