NY-NJ Tunnel Funds Frozen by Trump Administration to Resume

A judge said federal funds withheld from the $16 billion Gateway tunnel under the Hudson River should resume by Tuesday, ending a government freeze that led to a work shutdown for one of the biggest US infrastructure projects.
