China, Canada Move to Ease Trade Barriers in Bid to Reset Ties

China and Canada reached a wide-ranging agreement to lower trade barriers including a reduction in tariffs for Canadian canola and Chinese electric vehicles, as both countries seek to improve ties and diversify trade from the US.
