US Removes China Waivers for Samsung, SK Hynix and Intel

The Trump Administration said it will revoke waivers for Samsung Electronics Co., SK Hynix Inc. and an Intel Corp. unit to use US technologies in their Chinese operations, dealing another blow to China’s access to advanced chipmaking know-how.
