Nobel Peace Prize Winner Says Maduro’s Time Is Up in Venezuela

María Corina Machado, the latest Nobel Peace Prize recipient, said the Venezuelan opposition has exhausted all of its efforts over the last 26 years. In her view, the country’s authoritarian leader, Nicolás Maduro, won’t listen to reason and must receive a blunter message — even if that means the threat of US military intervention.
