ICC-Wanted Senator Still in Philippines, Fellow Lawmaker Says

Philippine Senator Ronald Dela Rosa, wanted by the International Criminal Court on allegations of crimes against humanity, is still in the country and has no plans to leave, according to a fellow senator.
