EU to Make Reduced Aid Payout to Ukraine Due to Lagging Reforms

The European Union plans to reduce a major package of financial support to Ukraine by €1.5 billion ($1.7 billion) after Kyiv said it had been unable to meet all required reform milestones, said a spokesperson of the bloc’s executive.
