Zelenskiy Says Russia Dragging Out Negotiations as Talks End

A second day of US-brokered meetings in Geneva between Russia and Ukraine broke up after barely 90 minutes as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy accused Moscow of attempting to prolong the process.
