Zelenskiy Says Accord Must Prevent Renewed Russian Aggression

A framework peace plan for Ukraine, consisting of 20 points and a roadmap for the country’s future development, should be effective enough to prevent renewed Russian aggression, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
