Worker Confidence ‘Lowest They’ve Ever Seen,’ Says LinkedIn’s Chief Economist

US consumer sentiment rose for the first time in five months, bolstered by a more optimistic outlook for personal finances, though consumers remain troubled by a stubbornly high cost of living, which has been a major drag on sentiment this year. She joined Scarlet Fu and Alexis Christoforous on ‘Bloomberg Businessweek Daily’ to break down the US labor market, and LinkedIn’s user trends, hiring, and demand. (Source: Bloomberg)
