Trump to Enforce Russia Sanctions, US NATO Envoy Says

US President Donald Trump will follow through and enforce harsh new oil sanctions on Russia to pressure Vladimir Putin into negotiations to end the Russia-Ukraine war, the US ambassador to NATO said.
