Trump Cuts Tariff on Philippine Goods to 19% From 20% Rate

President Donald Trump said the US reached a trade deal with the Philippines reducing the tariff rate on the country’s exports from 20% to 19%, the latest agreement ahead of an Aug. 1 deadline.
