Saudi Arabia Not Afraid to Cancel Costly Vision 2030 Projects

Saudi Arabia is open to canceling some projects in its Vision 2030 program, the kingdom’s finance minister said, in some of the strongest public comments yet on the kingdom’s willingness to backtrack on costly developments.
