Paraguay Names Interim Finance Chief After Fernandez Resigns

Paraguay’s President Santiago Pena tapped an economic adviser to temporarily run the finance ministry after Carlos Fernandez resigned from the top post Tuesday amid a fallout with lawmakers over a pension reform bill.
