New York Cuts ConEd’s Rate Request by 85%, Citing Affordability

New York regulators adopted an agreement between Consolidated Edison Inc. and other parties that would limit the utility’s revenues — and cap increases to customer bills — for the next three years, according to a news release Thursday.
