EU Should Scrap Release of €10 Billion in Hungary Funds, Court Aide Says

The European Union’s top court should invalidate a decision by the bloc’s executive to release more than €10 billion ($11.9 billion) in funds over Hungary’s judicial reforms, according to the court’s adviser.
