Bolsonaro Appeals Conviction for Attempted Coup Plot in Brazil

Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro has appealed his recent conviction by the Supreme Court that sentenced him to more than 27 years in prison for a failed coup attempt following his narrow 2022 reelection loss.
