Abrego Garcia Arrested as US Plans to Deport Him to Uganda

Embattled Salvadoran immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been taken into custody again by US immigration agents as a top Trump administration official said the government will seek to deport him to Uganda, a country where he has no ties.
