US Is ‘Really Invested’ in Keeping Troops in Europe, Latvia Says

The US has “really invested interest” to keep its troops in Europe, Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braze said as NATO allies await the outcome of Washington’s review of its military presence on the continent.
