Ukraine Hits Russian Refinery as Black Sea Oil Port Resumes Work

Ukraine claimed a strike on Rosneft PJSC’s Novokuybyshevsk refinery in the Samara region, the latest in a series of attacks on the fuel producing industry deep inside Russia.
