NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte traveled to Washington on Wednesday to temper President Donald Trump’s displeasure after members of the alliance refused to help him protect commercial ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Rutte met with Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
