PIMCO Head of Public Policy and Managing Director Libby Cantrill joins Bloomberg Businessweek Daily to discuss the contents of President Trump’s State of the Union speech. Cantrill says that the address was “more of a rehashing of the political winds and pretty light on policy details and light on a road map” for the GOP heading into the midterms.
