NYC Redistricting Goal to Ensure ‘Republican Can Never Win,’ Says Malliotakis

New York Representative Nicole Malliotakis, the only Republican to represent the city in Washington, says that the goal of recent efforts to change the boundaries of her district is to ensure Democrat wins.
