NY-NJ Tunnel Developer Expects Release of Frozen Federal Funds

The developer of the $16 billion Gateway tunnel under the Hudson River said it expects the Trump administration to restore federal funding for the project, after a deadline passed for an appeals court to block a judge’s order to release the money.
