BBC Asks Judge to Dismiss Trump’s $10 Billion Defamation Lawsuit

The British Broadcasting Corp. asked a judge to toss out President Donald Trump’s $10 billion lawsuit over a misleading edit of his comments before the Jan. 6, 2021 assault on the Capitol, arguing he wasn’t harmed by the documentary at the center of the case despite the mistake.
