Libya’s Military Chief of Staff Dies in Jet Crash in Turkey

A private jet carrying Libya’s military chief of staff, Mohammed Ali Ahmed al-Haddad, crashed in central Turkey after authorities lost contact with the aircraft, killing him and four others, Libya’s internationally recognized government said.
