KISS Star Gene Simmons Says It’s ‘Criminal’ Musicians Aren’t Paid for Radio Play

Musician Gene Simmons of KISS said it’s ‘criminal’ that artists aren’t paid when their music is played on AM and FM radio stations in the US and it’s a particularly big problem for new musical groups.
