JPMorgan, BofA Leaders Subpoenaed by US Lawmakers Over CATL IPO

JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Bank of America Corp. were subpoenaed by US lawmakers over their role in the initial public offering of Chinese battery maker Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Ltd.
