Hegseth, Caine Visit Puerto Rico Amid Counternarcotics Push

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Air Force General Dan Caine, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, made an unannounced visit to Puerto Rico on Monday as the US military ramps up its counter-narcotics efforts in the Caribbean.
