China Should Pressure Putin to Avoid New Sanctions, Austria Says

China must apply pressure on Russia to stop the war on Ukraine if it wants to live up to its potential as a global power and avoid being caught up in further sanctions proposed by European and US leaders, according to Austria’s foreign minister.
