Singapore Projects Nearly $20 Billion Defense Spend This Year

Singapore is projecting a S$24.9 billion ($19.7 billion) defense expenditure for 2026, a 6.4% increase from last year as the city-state seeks to bolster its capabilities, Defense Minister Chan Chun Sing said Friday.
