Rwanda-Backed Rebel Group Claims Capture of Key East Congo City

The Rwanda-backed M23 rebel group claimed it captured the strategic city of Uvira in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, less than a week after US President Donald Trump oversaw the signing of a peace deal between the two countries.
