Oracle Falls on AI Capex, Adobe Gives Upbeat Outlook

Oracle fell more than 10% in extended trading after reporting a jump in spending on AI data centers and other equipment, rising outlays that are taking longer to translate into cloud revenue than investors want. Elsewhere, Adobe delivered an upbeat annual forecast but still drew a lukewarm reaction from investors, who have been seeking clearer signs that the software maker can thrive in an era of artificial intelligence.
