Netflix CEOs Promise ‘No Studio Closures’ in WBD Bid

Netflix co-CEOs Greg Peters and Ted Sarandos said the company’s bid for Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. will result in “no overlap or studio closures.” Peters and Sarandos said they were committed to releasing Warner Bros. movies in theaters and claimed the deal is pro-consumer, pro-innovation, pro-worker, pro-creator, and pro-growth.
