Hong Kong Criticizes ‘Biased’ US Investment Climate Report

The US State Department’s investment climate report on Hong Kong contains “biased assertions” and “false accusations” that “maliciously smear” the territory’s national security laws, the Chinese territory’s government said Sunday.
