Greenland Can Serve as Check on Russia, China ‘Aggressiveness’ in Arctic, Says Garbarino

House Homeland Security Committee Chair Andrew Garbarino said Greenland can serve as important as a check on Russia and China in the Arctic and it’s important for the US to work with NATO in meeting that challenge.
