Democrats ‘Completely Blew Up’ DHS Funding Plan, Says Rep. Troy Downing

Montana Republican Representative Troy Downing said that Democrats ‘completely blew up’ a bipartisan, bicameral plan to fund DHS, laying the blame on the other side of the aisle as House Republicans signal opposition to the funding bill the passed by the Senate.
