Putin Elevates Navalny’s Prosecutor Krasnov to Lead Supreme Court

Russian President Vladimir Putin nominated the country’s top prosecutor to head the Supreme Court, elevating a loyalist sanctioned for prosecuting opposition leader Alexey Navalny and for other human rights violations.
