Poland Says It Plans to Tap EU Defense Loans Despite Veto

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk insisted on Friday the government still planned to use €43.7 billion ($50.3 billion) from the European Union’s loans-for-weapons program despite a presidential veto.
