North Sea States to Invest €9.5 Billion in Offshore Wind by 2030

Countries including the UK, Germany and Norway have pledged €9.5 billion ($11.3 billion) to expand offshore wind capacity in the North Sea by 2030, in a bid to boost the region’s energy independence.
